TOURS AND VISITS

Inside you will discover 36 rooms and Theme Suites, a magnificent chapel, beautiful exhibit rooms and art galleries, the Ice Bar, the N'ice Club, and so much more !

The Ice Hotel opens for the public from 10:00 a.m to midnight. Public tours are a great occasion for passing tourists and Quebecois of all ages to discover this unique and fascinating winter architectural marvel.

Guided tours are available from 10:30 am to 4:30 pm, in English at every hour and in french at every half hour. Tours take approximately 30 minutes and are filled with information and interesting facts about the Ice Hotel. After a tour, you can discover the rest of what the Ice Hotel has to offer on your own !

Complete access to the Ice Hotel until 8:00 pm. After 8:00 pm, rooms and suites are reserved for overnight guests only.

During special events, sections of the hotel can be inaccessible for a few hours or a complete day. Please contact us for further details.
