AT THE ICE HOTEL !
We are searching for dynamic individuals to fill full time, part time, and seasonal positions at the Ice Hotel Québec-Canada.

ADMINISTRATION
Administration manages the functionality and the internal workings of the company, including accounting. Our boutique and admission outlet is also the responsibility of this department. |
OPERATIONS
This department manages the bars, the guided tours and the general upkeep of the hotel. Operations take care of preparing the rooms for our overnight guests and the general upkeep of the terrain. |
COMMUNICATIONS-MARKETING
The Communications and Marketing department handles promotions, publicity and the Ice Hotel brand image. This department also conducts media relations. |
PRODUCTION
This department handles all the stages of production of the Ice Hotel, the design of the Ice Hotel, and its artistic décor (such as Ice sculpturing and special artistic requirements). |
FRONT DESK-RESERVATIONS
Both departments jointly manage reservations via the telephone, emails, and the web. It is also responsible for customer service. |
SALES
This department manages all the sales with respect to the tourism industry, tour operators, corporate events, special events, and weddings. They also promote the Ice Hotel in many trade shows. |
